CLUB CHAIRMAN
CHAIRING THE COMMITTEE MEETINGS AND AGM, ASSISTING THE SECRETARY TO PRODUCE THE AGENDAS, HEAD THE COMMITTEE IN MAKING DECISIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE WHOLE CLUB INCLUDING DISCIPLINARY MATTERS AND STRATEGIC PLANNING

HEAD OF CHILD WELFARE
THE CHILD WELFARE OFFICER IS SOLE PURPOSE IS TO ENSURE THE WELFARE OF ALL PLAYERS. THE WILL ACTION ANY COMPLAINTS OR CONCERNS, FOLLOWING THE GUIDANCE OF THE CLUB POLICIES AND GOVERNANCE ACCORDINGLY.
SECRETARY
THE SECRETARY IS OUR CLUBS LINK TO THE COUNTY FA AND OTHER COMPETITION ORGANISERS. THE SECRETARIES DUTIES INCLUDE: COUNTY FA AFFILIATION, LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP, ALL CLUB CORRESPONDENCE, MAINTAINING CLUB RECORDS, PLAYER REGISTRATIONS AND MANAGING PLAYER TRANSFERS AND SIGNINGS
Club Treasurer
The Treasurer manages and administers the club's finances, maintaining an income and expenditure record and balance sheet, which must be presented at the clubs AGM. A cash book must be retained for two seasons, an annual financial statement prepared and bank account managed in the clubs name.
Fixtures Secretary
Responsible for organising the fixtures handed down by the leagues, issuing game times and pitches.
Team Liaison Officer
Our 'Team Liaison' office is our clubs connection between the committee and the teams. Responsibly for ensuring important information that effects teams is communicated correctly and swiftly, addressing any team issues and ensuring managers and assistants come pass on feedback to the committee easily.
Ordinary Member
Attending all committee meetings in order to contribute towards decisions, providing feedback and experiences that help shape the clubs future.
IT & Social Media
Managing the clubs website and IT capability as well as its Social Media platforms to ensure com pliancy and future needs are met.
